Personal History:
Julianna Benton was born 3 weeks early at the end of May in a small hospital in Plymouth, England. She was Marie and Dean's first and only child, due to complications from her birth. They loved her though and worked hard to make sure that she had a good life. Dean worked as a fire fighter and Marie was a social worker. With Dean's irregular hours and Marie's schedule, it was hard for them to look after Jules during the day. So they would drop her off at her Grandparent's home so that they wouldn't have to send her to day care, and so she could get to know them.

Jules got along brilliantly with her grandparents and loved going to their house. Their house was a 5 minute walk from the ocean and often they would take her out there to swim or just to walk around and let her blow off some steam. Eventually they even let her go alone, seeing as the neighborhood was relatively safe and Jules was a bright girl.

She quickly taught herself to climb trees, and would sit there for hours just looking out at the water. It was her favorite thing in the world as a girl, until a town boy taught her how to skip stones and suddenly she was having contests with them to see who could skip them the farthest. It would get so competitive that sometimes Jules ended up coming back with a few scrapes because she tried to jump on the boys to mess up their game, and then they would end up fighting.

But despite her tree climbing, boy fighting, and general preference to outdoors, she loved pretty clothes. The pinker the outfit, the better! If it had sparkles or bows or even balloons she went through the roof with excitement. Her mother was thrilled and when she was home she and Jules would 'dress up' in her closet, playing with dolls and prettifying everything in the house. Sometimes this meant that her father came home to his slippers covered in pink glitter, but he took it all in stride. Besides, she was the ultimate daddy's girl and loved to sit on the counter while he cooked, throwing ingredients in and learning the techniques herself.

As she grew older her parents sent her to school, but she always went to her grandparent's at least once a week afterwards to say hi and play while her parents were working. By the time she was 8, her parents let her be home alone, as long as one of the neighbors was there.

That year though, her grandfather died from lung cancer. It hit her hard, since she was extremely close to him, and spent the last few days next to his bedside with her family. During this she promised him that she would never smoke, ever, which no one took her seriously about but it was a nice gesture.

When she got her Hogwarts letter her parents were extremely wary to send her. But at the thought of having to endure Jules during her teenage years when they weren't there or sending her to a magical school? Well the choice was slightly easier.

So she went to Hogwarts and was immediately sorted into Hufflepuff. She immediately took to her classes and friends, but most importantly Quidditch. She was fascinated by flying through the air and once she was able to she joined her team as a Beater.

Personality:
Jules is casually out going and friendly to anyone that comes up to her. She doesn't stress the little stuff and is always willing to be a shoulder to cry on or a partner in crime if someone needs it. This sometimes results in her putting off her work and not doing well on it, but she manages to at least scrape a passing grade in those classes.

She loves colors and flowers and pretty things. All skirts and ruffles and bright colored head bands/bangles she wears whenever she can, and she loves to be outside. Classes can bore her a lot, especially when it's as dry as History of Magic. She wants something to stimulate her mind and requires her to solve some problem or concentrate.

As far as her friends go, Jules has quite a few, but she doesn't tell everyone everything. She's very picky about who she truly trusts, but once she trusts someone she tells them EVERYTHING! Plus she's loyal to them and always prefers time with them over other people. Things are just more fun when you're around your closest friends.

But if you somehow get on her bad side or hurt her friend, she'll get you. It won't be a full out yelling fight, no Jules isn't someone that likes all of the attention on her. Instead she would rather be passive aggressive, like do little things throughout the day to make it a horrible day for someone (like send a tripping hex their way, or 'accidentally' pour something all over their homework. Just enough to make their day worse, but not enough to paint the picture that Jules is the one behind it all.

But, even if you get on her bad side, if she made a promise to you about something, it doesn't matter what you did she will keep it. Promises are something she takes very seriously and she will go to all lengths to make sure she keeps that promise, even on pain of death. Even if they are her enemy. She won't break the trust that she gave that person...even her grandfather's. Yes, she does keep the promise to not smoke, except she finds a little loop hole around it. Instead she just sits next to someone smoking so that she can smell the smoke, because she loves the smell.

You see Jules has this morbid obsession with anything that might be considered 'dangerous', 'illegal' or 'bad'. Anything from drinking to skinny dipping, sneaking out and parties, trespassing and bad boys, she just can't seem to say no. It's her guilty pleasure and she just can't seem to say no to most of them. Especially boys, but even more so the 'bad boys'. She's what you might call a 'mouth whore', persay. She'll make out a lot and without a care, but everything else is off limits unless she's dating them. It's her rule.

But other than that she's your normal teenage girl. She's easy going, athletic, smart and loyal to boot.

Physical Description:
Jules is about 5’4” with an athletic frame that is more towards the lean side. Her hair is a straight/wavy light blonde and is never short enough to be above her shoulders. She prefers to leave it down, and only pulls it up when she’s in a Quidditch game. She has fair skin and blue eyes, and prefers to wear bright colors and girly touches.
